Introduction
Using 100% polypropylene as raw material, the polypropylene fiber is bundle shape single yarn of high strength made through speical technical process which has the characters of of strong acid resistance, strong alkali resistance, week thermal conductivity and very strong chemical stability. Mixed it with the concrete or motar,cracks caused by plastic shrinkage of the concrete and motar or temperature change can be avoided effectively. The anti cracking and anti permeability, anti-impact and anti vibration ability of the concrete can be greatly improved, thus it is widely used for the underground project water proofing, the roof, wall,floor, water pond underground room of civil buildings, and road paving and bridge projects. It is ideal material of anti-crack, seepage prevention, corrosion-proof and warm insulation for concrete and mortar.

Direction for use
1.Amount suggested
Common surface polishing mortar, for each square meter of mortar：0.9-1.2kg，generally: 1kg/m³
Heat preservation mortar:1-3 kg/ton
Concrete: 0.6-1.8kg（for reference），generally: 0.9kg/m³
2.Technical process
a. Add the suggested amount of fiber into the concrete to be mixed based on the amount of concrete according to the above.
b.It is suggested use the forced type mixer. Put the aggregate with the fiber into the mixer, firstly dry-mix them for 30 seconds; then feed water into the mixer for wet mixing for 30 seconds.
c. After mixing, sample the mixture at random, if the fiber has disperse into single yarn evenly, the concrete can be used. If there are bundle shape fiber, the concrete should be further mixed for 20-30 seconds before using.
d.The using method for the concrete with fiber is totally the same as that of common concrete.
3.Packing Specification
0.9 kg/bag or 1.0 kg/bag, or as customer’s requirement.
Main Function
As the secondary reinforcing rib material, our polypropylene fiber can greatly improve it ability of anti-crack, seepage prevention, corrosion-proof, vibration resistance, impact resistance, aging resistance, and so on.

Application
1.Concrete rigid self-waterproof structure: Underground baseboard, side wall, roof plate, and those projects with high requirement to anti-cracking, impact resistance and corrosion resistance, water conservation project, metro, airport runway, harbor dock, overpass, pier and over –long project.
2. Concrete and mortar: wall painting, interior decoration putty and warm-keeping mortar.
3. Explosion and refractory project: explosion-proof and fire-resistance projects; civil defense military projects, oil platform and refractory materials.
4. Concrete spraying: constructing the tunnel and culvert and enforcing the slope.
